- Free UK Shipping on all orders over £100
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Europe/London time are processed the same business day. Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch. You will receive a tracking number via email once your collectibles have been professionally packed and sent.
Returns & Refunds
Returns Window
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all original packaging intact. All refunds are processed in GBP.
Product condition & Eligibility
Sealed products such as booster boxes and packs must be untampered and unopened. Due to the high volatility of the trading card market, individual single card purchases are non-returnable once they have been dispatched from our facility.
Start the Return Process
To initiate a return, please email Jacob@jtcutrading.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the items. We will review your request within 2 business days (London GMT). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged.
